Anna Moczulska
Attorney at law. Master of Laws (LLM)
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin, the University of Rostock (in the field of International Commercial Law and Managing an Enterprise) and postgraduate studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in the field of education of translators of the German language. Legal counsel since 2015. Prior to that, a collaborator of German law firms and an intern at law firms in Hong Kong.
She specialises in:
- public procurement, with particular focus on procurement in cultural institutions, utilities procurement and defence procurement;
- legal representation before the National Appeals Chamber (NAC);
- construction investments, including contracts implemented under FIDIC contracts;
- projects funded from the EU budget.
