Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. She graduated from postgraduate studies in the field of preparation and management of projects funded from EU funds and the World Bank. Since 2002, professionally deals with application of public procurement provisions.

- contracts concerning public procurement;
